We believe that every project is unique, and that unique projects require different approaches. That’s why we use different methodologies. But some features stand out because we know they work:

Kick-off meeting and project management

Early and first phase where we welcome ideas, map goals, target groups and where the company stands. This is a light version of our workshops . Together we create a plan for progress and implementation.

You will be assigned a project manager from Zeos on your team. A permanent contact person and liaison between you and our team. The project manager will keep the project on track, send out status updates and ensure progress in the project. It is our way of ensuring that you have a good process and that the project actually reaches its goal.

Sometimes a design sprint 2.0 can be the best way, not least financially, to work together towards the goal. Here we work together for a very limited period of time to find the right path towards the right goal. The design sprint helps you reduce the risk when you are launching a new website, new products or services, or are improving what you already have.

• Production

Together with your team at Zeos, we create what needs to be created. We offer collaboration and contact in the amount you want and we need.   

• Work meetings

Along the way, we have work meetings together, with status, review and approval of work. It can be a 10-minute chat over a screen, or a longer meeting in the same room.

• Completion

Now we are almost at the finish line, and the work must be prepared for the target group. It could be the testing phase of a website project, a magazine to be printed, a sign for production or advertisements to be tested. • Launch

The work is brought to life, we celebrate and follow along.

• Follow-up

A follow-up conversation with you and evaluation of statistics and feedback gives us valuable insight into the effect the project has had. We see what works and what can be adjusted. Imagine that we have the opportunity to sharpen even more! The target group and the world are constantly changing, and in changing usage patterns we like to find improvements.
